Like most contemporary cloud based systems, the Findd Talent Platform has a number of ways to extract important data and business insights.
- Standard system reports are available for every module in the platform. From timecard approvals, to leave tracking and recruiting pipelines to workers onboarded.
- Ad hoc reporting is available for users to select which data fields they want, presented in what order and bingo - it appears.
- Custom reports can be created that are unique to your organization and/or industry, and can be made available via the standard reports lists.
A more seamless way
to track trends
Our FinddTrends™ capability allows our clients to create and track trends, normalized by ratios, on any job, user, business unit, or organization which can be traversed through the overall system hierarchy. For example, clients can track things like speed to onboard and compare that across the organization, or the rate at which prospects become applicants in the Recruit module, or tracking the percentage of manual time entry and missed punches by supervisors.
Trends are a very important building block to the overall Findd Workforce Management Platform because these trends can also be forecasted over time, and along with FinddDemand, could project overall workloads and staffing plans unique to that customer and their industry.
