The Findd Talent Platform uses a 3-tier, web-services architecture typical of Cloud-based applications. We are hosted on the AWS Cloud infrastructure, and we use both Mongo and S3 databases for the database layer. We have a .NET framework using C#.

We have five proprietary components that make our solutions flexible and scalable within a client’s technology ecosystem.

FinddScript™

FinddScript™ is a scripting language built directly into the Findd Talent Platform, allowing for both Findd and our clients’ resources to write customer-specific business rules into the platform, while also keeping true to a normal upgrade path and release methodology.

FinddREST™

FinddREST™ is our Application Programming Interface (API). An API enables software applications to communicate and exchange data, features, and functionality. This simplifies and accelerates development by allowing integration of external data and services. APIs provide a secure way to share application data and functions with customer IT departments, business partners, and third parties like AWS or Workday, while keeping internal system details hidden to enhance security. 

FinddCompute™

FinddCompute™ is the critical computation engine that calculates all the details of labor costs that roll-up into our reports, dashboards, and Payroll exports. The compute engine takes into consideration complex punch rules, holiday pay rules, union rules, shift differentials, rewards, and more. It can also pull together disparate systems and multi-version deployments into a single workforce optimization dashboard, that clients rely on with confidence to make complex business decisions about their workforce.

FinddDemand™

FinddDemand™ is the workload estimation component of the Findd Talent Platform. It helps customers’ business and HR professionals work together to calculate the units of “work to be done” that can then be used to create workforce strategies, plans, and schedules. This helps customers establish a more efficient workforce outlook by providing regularly updated demand and costing data, allowing them to quickly create accurate workload estimates, timelines, milestones and provides a basis for workforce operational improvements. This was used originally in our Workforce Optimization Dashboard for Healthcare and is expandable to other industries as needed and upon request.

FinddTrends™

FinddTrends™ allows our clients to track trends, normalized by ratios, on any job user, business unit or organization, which can be traversed through the overall system hierarchy.  For example, clients can track things like speed to onboard and compare that across the organization, or the rate at which prospects become applicants in the Recruit module or tracking the percentage of manual time entry and missed punches by supervisor. Trends are a very important building block to the overall Findd Talent Platform, because these trends could also be forecasted over time, and along with FinddDemandTM, could project overall workloads and staffing plans unique to that customer and their industry.
